This Privacy Policy explains how Nutrifine Wellness LLP ("we", "us", "our"), which operates the Dr. Elite store at https://drelite.in, collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you use the Site or place an order. We are committed to handling your data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Information we collect

• Order & contact details — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, which we need to process and fulfil your order and to contact you about it.
• Order & communication history — the products you order, order status, and messages you send us (including over WhatsApp) for support.
• Technical & usage data — basic device, browser and analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working and to understand how it is used.

2. Payment data

For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment card data is collected. When online payment is enabled, payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway (e.g. Razorpay). Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on the gateway and handled by it under its own security standards — we do not receive or store your full card or bank details.

3. How we use your data

• To process, fulfil, deliver and invoice your orders.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries and grievances.
• To send order and delivery updates.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to comply with legal and tax obligations (for example, retaining GST invoices as required by law).
