These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dr. Elite website at https://drelite.in (the "Site") and your purchase of products offered on it. The Site is owned and operated by Nutrifine Wellness LLP ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in India with GSTIN 29AAZFN8314R1ZY and FSSAI Licence No. 11226998000542, having its registered office at No. 40A, Aakruthi Prospera, Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, Amrutahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560024.

By browsing the Site, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that the products are for personal, non-commercial use and lawful resale is not intended.

2. Products & information

Our products are dietary supplements / nutraceuticals licensed under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the applicable FSSAI regulations. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product descriptions, ingredients and imagery are provided for information; the label and leaflet supplied with the product prevail. Please read the label before use and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication or managing a medical condition. Some lifestyle imagery on the Site is AI-generated and is illustrative only.

3. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order — whether through the website checkout or over WhatsApp — is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount collected) if the product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, if we cannot deliver to your location, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

4. Pricing & taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it. A GST tax invoice is issued for every confirmed order. Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 and above; a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies below that value, as shown at checkout. We may revise prices, offers and shipping thresholds at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and ordering over WhatsApp. Online (prepaid) payment will be enabled in due course; when it is, payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway and we do not store your card details. You agree to pay the full order amount, including any applicable shipping charge, on delivery for COD orders.

6. Shipping, cancellations & refunds

Delivery timelines, serviceable areas and tracking are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Cancellations & Refunds Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, scrape or copy content, or infringe our intellectual property. All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, product renders and the Dr. Elite name — is owned by or licensed to Nutrifine Wellness LLP and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.
